With the RADIO VIP Preferred Mail Order Pharmacy Plan, purchasing your prescription medications is fast, easy and affordable. This plan offers both brand and generic prescription drugs. With one toll-free call you can speak to a representative who will answer questions about your prescription and offer advice on generic substitutes to save you money. This mail service plan is ideal for people who take maintenance medications for chronic conditions such as ulcers, diabetes, and arthritis, to name a few. It is easy to order and receive your prescriptions.

NEW PRESCRIPTIONS
For new prescriptions, simply fill out the order form and mail it in with your original prescription(s). All new prescriptions must be original prescriptions written on your DoctorÕs Prescription Form. Ask your doctor to indicate the number of refills permitted and be sure to enclose the prescription forms prepared by your doctor with your order.

LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
We guarantee to have lower prices than retail stores on prescriptions of $10 or more. If, prior to purchasing a prescription through our program, you find the same prescription at a lower price, we will dispense the prescription for $5 less than the retail pharmacy price. Each additional prescription, presented at the same time which is also found at a lower price than our mail order price, will be dispensed for $3 less. This ÒLowest Price GuaranteeÓ is based on comparison to retail pharmacy pricing. This offer does not allow for a cost comparison between other third party plans or mail order preferred pricing programs. All retail pharmacy pricing is subject to verification by Super Pharmacy Network, Inc. (There is a $1 shipping and handling charge for each order you place. Whether you order 1, 2, 3, or more prescriptions at a time, there is only a $1 shipping and handling charge for the entire order.)

REFILLS
Mail the refill request form with check or money order. Please order refills two weeks prior to running out to avoid any possibility of being without your medicine. After we have received an original order form, credit card customers may call our toll-free number to order a refill on a prescription.
